You’re already doing meaningful, hands-on work in your community—engaging the Church in the foster care space and helping your local ministry move forward every day. But when you’re in the middle of planning events, coordinating volunteers, and meeting tangible needs, the bigger picture of the ministry can start to feel harder to see.
This two-session Coordinator Training is designed to lift your focus and reconnect you to the heart of TFI. Maybe you jumped right into serving and never had the chance to fully step back and experience the “why” behind the work. Through honest conversations, practical insight, and stories from experienced leaders, you’ll leave feeling more connected to the mission, more confident in your leadership, and reminded that the work you’re doing truly matters.
