End of Year Assessment

These churches regularly support the foster care community through your ministry, and you are connected to a church leader or have an established point of contact.

We are so thankful for your commitment to TFI and your community. Though your passion to see this work take place in your community may be unwavering, we understand that seasons change and so does capacity. Check the appropriate box as to where you at in your leadership journey with TFI.

We want to partner with you and support you as you lead. We know that sometimes there's an instant connection between Advocate and Coach, and sometimes it's just not the best match. Or maybe, your connection is great, you're just looking for a different perspective. There are so many factors. Share your thoughts on coaching. We cannot guarantee a particular coach but will do our best to honor your thoughts as we look at schedules.

If you desire to lead ministry with a spouse, both spouses must attend coaching sessions together. Of course, on the ground, spouses are welcomed to be involved in ministry. However, for our purposes, as a national ministry we desire to know who to pursue and invest resources in at the level of Advocate. Mark N/A if your spouse is not listed as an Advocate currently.
