Knowing Your Role

At first glance, a relay may look like a repetitive event. But a closer look reveals that each leg of a relay varies in its role; each has its own purpose and strategy for achieving the goal. The same is true for your TFI Ministry. In order to lead thriving ministries, we need to know our role and make sure that Coordinators know theirs as well. This talk will discuss the similarities and differences between the role of a TFI Advocate and Coordinator.
