“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10. Teamwork is essential to building a thriving ministry. But sometimes it is easy to bypass the work of investing in our teams because to do the work on our own is often faster and easier. But teamwork allows us to see new perspectives, grow, and replicate our expertise in others.
